Learned from the science and Technology Department of henan province,in the Ministry of science and technology recently announced  the innovation talent in 2013 promotion project list ,Chairman chen zhiyong was awarded creativity technological personnel ,So far there are five middleyounger person were awarded leading creativity technological personnel ,seven person were awarded creativity technological personnel and two creative teams in key field.The Ministry of science and technology will support further, follow up  the service and appraise management, select the best to recommend them for national high-level talents special support plan,and will suport them in the taking scientific research tasks,Provideing  guarantee conditions,increaseing incentives.
      Promotion project of creativity talents which is our country since 2011 to organize the implementation of national high level cultivating innovative talents.The purpose of the project is to bring up a batch of world-class scientists,high level of science and technology talents ,engineers,outstanding innovation team and entrepreneurial talents by innovating mechanism,optimizeing policy environment,strengthening security measures.leading and promoting the development of various types of scientific and technological personnel, and supplying good talents for imporving independent innovation capability and bulding an innovative country.
